01 Admissions & Enrollment

Enrollment at New Dream is confirmed only upon submission of the required registration details and payment of the applicable admission fee. Seats in each batch are limited, and admission is offered on a first-come, first-served basis at the discretion of the coaching centre.

• Information provided during registration (student and guardian details) must be accurate and complete.
• New Dream reserves the right to decline or discontinue admission where information is found to be false or misleading.

02 Fees & Payment

Course fees are payable as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission. Fees, once paid, are non-transferable to another student and are not adjustable against other courses unless approved by the centre in writing.

• Late payment may attract a nominal fine or temporary suspension of classes until dues are cleared.
• Refunds, where applicable, are considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of New Dream's administration.

03 Attendance & Conduct

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and maintain discipline and respect towards faculty, staff, and fellow students, both during academic sessions and in the dance, art, and music programmes.

• New Dream reserves the right to ask a student to discontinue in cases of repeated misconduct or disruptive behaviour.
• Parents/guardians will be informed of any concerns regarding attendance or conduct before such a decision is made.

04 Study Material & Intellectual Property

Any notes, worksheets, or study material provided by New Dream are intended solely for the personal use of the enrolled student. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this material without written permission is not permitted.

05 Photography & Testimonials

From time to time, New Dream may photograph classroom activities, events, or performances for use on our website or social media. Parents/guardians who do not wish their child to be featured may inform the centre in writing, and we will accommodate the request.

06 Limitation of Liability

While New Dream takes reasonable care to provide a safe and supportive learning environment, it shall not be held liable for outcomes such as examination results, which depend on the student's individual effort, or for loss of personal belongings on the premises.

07 Changes to These Terms

New Dream may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our policies or operations. Continued enrollment following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

08 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
