New Dream was founded on a simple belief — that every student deserves a space where they feel known, inspired, and free to grow. We are small by design, big in heart, and unwavering in purpose.
Get in TouchNew Dream opens its doors, welcoming its first students with the hope of building something different — together.
"The desire to establish this institute, New Dream, has been close to my heart for a very long time."
My background is primarily in the travel industry. As a travel agent, my work has allowed me to journey extensively across various regions of India. During these travels, I frequently interacted with local youths and students, which gave me deep insights into their socio-economic challenges, educational needs, and athletic aspirations.
In particular, I spent nearly a decade working in the Kashmir belt. As many know, it is a region with a highly complex history and unique, unpredictable circumstances. While I was there, I took it upon myself to provide foundational community and educational backup support to the local children and young adults.
Now, I have relocated to West Bengal. My vision is to extend that same supportive ecosystem to the Bengali youth, as well as to children in our surrounding communities.
I want to emphasize that New Dream is not a commercial venture driven by profit. This institute is born out of a personal dream and a passion to make a meaningful difference.
Our core mission is to show young minds new directions and possibilities, whether that is through:
No matter which stream or path a student wishes to pursue, if they need foundational guidance and resources, this organization will be there to support them. To ensure our resources reach those who truly need them, I will personally review and assess the background and details of each student or individual seeking our support.
We are embarking on this journey with the hope of receiving widespread cooperation and encouragement from the community.
Furthermore, we highly value collaborative growth. If you have any valuable suggestions, ideas, or guidance that can help us serve our students better, please feel free to share them with us. Your insights are always welcome.
Warm regards,
Amit Banerjee
Secretary, New Dream
Before New Dream, our Secretary spent nearly a decade supporting students and young adults in the Kashmir belt — a chapter that continues to shape the values of this institute.
Beyond the classroom, a dedicated group keeps New Dream running — guiding decisions, supporting operations, and holding the vision together.
These are not words on a wall. They are the principles that guide every decision we make, every class we teach, and every interaction we have.
We keep our batches small deliberately. A student who is struggling should never feel invisible. Our teachers check in individually, adapt their methods, and celebrate every small victory.
Grades matter, but so does grace. We build students who are academically prepared and emotionally resilient — young people who know how to think, feel, and create.
Every child deserves to feel safe enough to ask a question, make a mistake, and try again. We maintain an environment that is encouraging, kind, and free from judgment.
Dance, art, and music are not extras. They are as essential as mathematics. Creative practice develops concentration, discipline, and a lifelong love of beauty.
Education happens at home too. We keep parents genuinely informed, invite their involvement, and treat them as partners in their child's growth — not just spectators.
Quality education should not be a privilege. We are committed to keeping our fees fair and our standards high — proving that the two need not be in conflict.
Our mentors are not just qualified — they are genuinely passionate about young people. Each one brings deep expertise and an even deeper commitment to every student they coach.
